Wallpaper Removal, Wall Repair, Priming and Painting of Entire First Floor in this NJ Renovation

Scope of Work: Our Durable Method of Removing Wallpaper and Preparing Previously-Papered Walls for a Fresh, New Paint Job:

Again, all color credit goes to Amy Wax – our color consultant. But first we had to remove all the wallpaper and seal the walls with “Gardz” brand problem-surface sealant. It’s an impermeable clear-coat that dries to a hard, matte finish and locks in any residual wallpaper paste. Then we oil primed and repaired the walls by spackling. Finally, it was time to paint.
