About Richard D’Angelo: Founder of CraftPro

My name is Richard, CraftPro’s founder, owner and operator. I handle all estimates with my wife and business manager, Leah. I am on the job everyday working with the team or, on small projects, executing all the work myself. Most owners don’t do this, but I enjoy my work and I inist that CraftPro Contracting offers the highest quality service. This doesn’t just include expert craftsmanship but, perhaps equally important, our dedication to attentive, responsive customer service. I work with our customers and make sure they are as involved in the home improvement process as they want to be: some homeowners just want the work done with as little interruption to their lives as possible. Others want to be involved in the project, even to the point of performing some of the work themselves. We cater to all reasonable requests: I believe that it’s your home and that gives you the right to have a say in how the project is executed. I also encourage productive and constructive feedback. My team and I are always grateful to hear how we can better serve our customers.

In fact, we include a clause in every contract that promises daily progress reports and encourages customer feedback so we can address any issues, communication regarding all aspects of the project including any unexpected changes in the scope of work that may affect price, and our contracts promise that all reasonable requests will be met. Satisfied ustomers are our best advertisement.
